Double success as Lifelites receives two Third Sector Awards shortlist nominations

Lifelites is celebrating after being shortlisted in two categories at the prestigious Third Sector Awards.

Our Lifelites 25 programme has been shortlisted for Breakthrough of the Year, while our Mirror Christmas Appeal 2025 has been recognised in the Communications Campaign of the Year category.

The two nominations recognise a landmark year for Lifelites. Lifelites 25 is helping us reach more children with life-limiting conditions by expanding access to assistive technology through new community partnerships. Meanwhile, our Mirror Christmas Appeal introduced thousands of new supporters to our work and raised vital funds to help bring the magic of Christmas to seriously ill children and their families, through specialist technology.

Rob Lightfoot, Chief Executive of Lifelites, said:

“To be shortlisted in two categories is a fantastic recognition of what has been an exciting and ambitious year for Lifelites. From expanding our impact through Lifelites 25 to sharing the stories of the children and families we support through our Mirror Christmas Appeal, we’re incredibly proud of what our team and supporters have achieved together.”

The Third Sector Awards celebrate the outstanding organisations and people making a difference across the charity sector, and we’re honoured to be recognised alongside so many inspiring charities.
