The children’s palliative care sector is evolving at pace, with more children than ever living with life-limiting conditions and medical complexity. To celebrate our 25th anniversary, we are giving 25 organisations the opportunity to partner with us to harness power of technology and bring unforgettable moments of connection and joy for more children, young people and their families.
The applications for 2027 are now open until 7th December at 10am.
