Music legend Rick Wakeman launches his annual Lifelites winter appeal, raising funds to provide life-changing technology for children with life-limiting conditions across the UK and Ireland.
Christmas Magic made real thanks to you!
Christmas Magic made real thanks to you!
Thanks to your incredible generosity, we raised £27,500 through our Christmas appeal with The Mirror! We are truly blown away by the support from our community.
Every pound raised helps us bring comfort, joy and connection to even more children and families who need it the most.
“This money will help children to express themselves through art and music, to play as equals alongside brothers and sisters, and even tell their mum that they love her for the first time. These experiences can often be out of reach but with your support, Lifelites can now make the impossible possible.” – Rob Lightfoot, CEO of Lifelites

These funds will help us deliver:
- Assistive and sensory technology for children’s hospices across Britain and Ireland.
- Interactive devices that bring joy, play and creativity to children with life-limiting conditions.
- Support for teams delivering vital emotional and developmental play opportunities.
Your donation is bringing families closer

Felix is a lively 13-year-old who loves music, being outdoors, and watching films with his sisters.
He also lives with a rare neurological condition that affects every aspect of his life.
For Felix, being able to use our Eyegaze system changed his life. For the first time he was able to communicate with his parents and express his feelings.
And, amazingly, play virtual instruments alongside his guitarist dad, Dan.
This is the power of your donation. The power to give children like Felix a voice and to bond with their family in ways that would otherwise be impossible.
