Pamela Johnston

PA to CEO/Office Coordinator

I provide administrative support to the CEO, the fundraising and communications team, and all of our technology projects.

I first started working in the charity sector back in the 1990s for Scope where I was part of the Community Fundraising Team, attending events and registering participants and collecting sponsorship. I also wrote a monthly events newsletter!

After taking a career break to raise a family, I worked in the busy office a special education school doing a variety of things including organising and booking trips, writing communications and fundraising, before joining Lifelites in 2017.

Childhood memory: My favourite uncle taking my older brother and sister and me to Brighton for a day out. We visited the Madame Tussauds there and later went for a Wimpy – a proper treat back then!

I work across the south of England and Wales, raising awareness and building partnerships with businesses, organisations, and community groups to help bring Lifelites vision to life.

Training Services Officer

I provide training and support to our new partners through the Lifelites 25 campaign. I work alongside Dan to provide specialist training and support to our existing partners.

Sophie Mann

Senior Communications & Marketing Officer

I work to promote the charity and raise awareness and understanding of our life-changing work, as well as supporting our fundraising and engagement activities.
