AV1 is a telepresence robot that acts as a child’s presence in the classroom or playground when they can’t physically be present or take part. Controlled via an app on a tablet, the child is able to see, hear and speak to their friends and teacher from their home or hospital bed. AV1 enables children to connect, learn and belong within their school community.
