Warren Association Trust
Project Summary
Warren Association Trust is a small group of parents and staff collaboratively working together to enrich opportunities for pupils at Warren School, Lowestoft. The school supports 163 children with severe and profound multiple learning disabilities, over 40% of which have life limiting complex medical needs, physical and sensory impairments and significant communication challenges. Traditional classroom resources cannot meet the diverse and specialist needs of these learners.
With Lifelites support for an interactive Magic Carpet, Soundbeam system, Tilt Table, iPads and switches, pupils will access immersive, multisensory learning tailored to their abilities. The Magic Carpet will encourage safe, independent movement while supporting both physiotherapy goals and motor development. Soundbeam will transform even the smallest gesture into music, enabling creative expression and cause-and-effect learning.
Together, these technologies will enhance communication, reduce anxiety, foster social interaction through shared sensory experiences, bringing joy, confidence, independence, and meaningful progress to children who face significant barriers.
