Lifelites were honoured to have been chosen as a charity partner for Fundment’s annual gala ball 2025.
The exclusive ball is the investment company’s social highlight of the year, and we were chosen to receive proceeds from the evening alongside the Royal British Legion at the event held in the grand surroundings of the Langham Hotel, London in January.

As well as being invited to speak about our vital work, we also got the chance to showcase some of the amazing inclusive technology we provide, including the ground-breaking Eyegaze, the immersive sensory PODS tent and the always popular Cosmo switch system, which raised the competitive spirit of attendees as they battled to finish first in our ‘whack-a-mole’ competition!
Guests were also greeted by our Magic Carpet, which we specially designed to play an interactive poppy-inspired projection as they entered the elegant lounge at the beginning of the evening.

Fundment founder and CEO Ola Abdul said, “We were honoured to support Lifelites at our Gala Ball this year and fundraise for technology that will enable children with the most complex disabilities to live their best lives possible. It was great to see some of the equipment that the generous donations from the event will provide to children’s hospices around the UK. Supporting great causes like Lifelites is so important to Fundment, our team and our clients, and we are already looking forward to what we can achieve together at next year’s Ball!”
In April, we visited Fundment’s new head office in central London to meet Gala Ball organiser, Bradley Meneer and some of the Fundment team to receive an incredible £13,350 donation to help support children and young people access innovative inclusive technology across Britain and Ireland.

Lifelites CEO Rob Lightfoot said, “We had a great time at the ball and cannot thank Fundment enough for choosing to support our vital work and allowing us to showcase our unique technology. We had some fantastic conversations with guests and got to show them the power of our technology to create a world of inclusion and connection for all children, regardless of the challenges they face.”
Lifelites would like to thank Ola, Bradley and the teams at Fundment and the Langham Hotel for creating such a special event, and to all those guests who gave so generously on the night. The donations we received from the event will be put to good use straight away, providing opportunities for children with complex medical needs through the life-changing power of assistive and sensory technology.
