Join Our Team: Two Exciting Charity Jobs at Lifelites
At Lifelites, we believe every child deserves a childhood filled with fun, creativity and meaningful connection. By harnessing assistive and sensory technology, we empower children with life-limiting conditions to play, learn and communicate in ways that would otherwise be impossible.
We are now recruiting for two important roles in our Services team: Services Administrator and Trainer & Engagement Officer. Both roles will help us expand our reach and impact across the UK and Ireland.
Services Administrator – UK Based (Hybrid)
We are looking for a highly organised Services Administrator to provide vital support to our Services team.
Key responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate paperwork, schedules and processes to keep projects running smoothly.
- Support the installation of new technology packages and training for children’s palliative care services.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, events and day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills, a calm and methodical approach, and a passion for supporting meaningful work behind the scenes.
📍 Location: Hybrid (some UK travel)
💷 Salary: £27,800 – £32,500 depending on experience
⏱ Hours: 21 per week
Trainer & Engagement Officer – Home Based (UK & Ireland Travel)
We are also seeking a confident and passionate Trainer & Engagement Officer to design, develop and deliver training as part of Lifelites 25, our exciting expansion programme.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver training for children’s palliative care staff across the UK and Ireland.
- Develop engaging multi-channel training resources (face-to-face, online, and e-learning).
- Support partners to maximise the impact of Lifelites’ technology for children and families.
This role is perfect for an experienced trainer who wants to make a tangible difference through learning and development.
📍 Location: Home based, with regular UK & Ireland travel
💷 Salary: £32,900 – £40,000 depending on experience
⏱ Hours: 34 per week (28 per week considered)
