Forget-me-not

Lifelites has been supporting Forget-me-not since 2011, and this year we will be back with their 4th package of inclusive and assistive technology. 

Forget Me Not Children's Hospice supports children with life-shortening conditions, and their families across West Yorkshire. Led by a highly specialist team of nurses & therapists they offer a wide range of services covering everything from the time around pregnancy & birth to transitioning into adulthood and end-of-life care.
