Donating technology
We reach around 10,000 children every year by donating a wide variety of assistive and inclusive equipment to enhance the lives of children with life-limiting conditions using hospice services. Take a look at what technology we donate and how it is changing these children's lives.
Helping children with life-limiting conditions
The technology we donate can change a child’s life. It can unlock barriers and give children previously unattainable experiences, such as paint a picture, create music, play a game, or communicate with their family. We’d like to introduce you to some of the children who have used Lifelites' technology, and the impact it has had on their lives.
Supporting children’s hospices
We work with every children’s hospice service across the British Isles by donating packages of assistive technology for children with life-limiting conditions. Our award winning hospice packages are worth around £50,000 over their four-year lifespan and include installation, staff training, technical support and equipment maintenance.
The Tilt Table is amazing! It can be used with our children, siblings and families. This gives families an opportunity to do fun things together which sometimes isn't possible without it. The way the table tilts is brilliant as a lot of children can only see at certain angles."
