Our new Training Manager, Caroline, introduces herself to hospice care staff
A common and frustrating challenge that many of you have told us about is that you feel you do not always get the full benefit from the Lifelites equipment because you have had new staff come in since the equipment was installed who do not know what is there and how to use it.
Ultimately technology, as wonderfully clever as it is, is only as good as the person operating it, and if you don’t feel comfortable with the Lifelites equipment we know you won’t get the most out of it.
For this very reason, I'm very excited to introduce myself as the new Lifelites Training Manager.
I’ll be working with the Lifelites team to develop some fun, engaging and informative training sessions for both hospices receiving new equipment this year and those who need their minds refreshing.
We’ll also be looking to develop other training resources, such as manuals, videos, quick guides and other on and off line materials to help you bring your Lifelites equipment to life and use it to create magical moments and memories in the lives of the children and families in your care.
New Packages in 2014
If your hospice is due to have new equipment installed this year, I'll be in touch soon to talk about the arrangements for installation and training.
Need refresher training? Get in touch!
If you’re not due a new package this year we’ll still be able to visit you and get all your staff up to speed with your current Lifelites package.
I can attend your CPD weeks, for example, and run a ‘Train the Trainer’ course to get your staff confident enough to teach their colleagues how to get the most out of our packages. Get in touch via email at email@example.com.
Whatever the reason, even if it is just to say hello, drop me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us how we can help you.
