New Lifelites packages in 2020

Take a look at the children' hospices services we hope to support this year

Become a volunteer trainer at our November event

Tue 30th Sep 2014

If you enjoy helping people to learn, have some understanding of the limiting conditions children in hospices have and you would like to help hospice staff learn how to use the Lifelites equipment to create magical experiences, then you could be just what we are looking for !

We are holding a "Train the Trainer" event in Birmingham on Wednesday 26th November 2014 to launch our Volunteer Trainer Programme. On the day volunteers will be given tips on how to train people effectively and shown how to use the Lifelites equipment, all in a friendly and relaxed environment.

An interest in technology is useful but more important is your ability to connect with people, build relationships, break down barriers and put people at ease. You will need to be calm and patient but also engage hospice staff in what the Lifelites package can do.

The event will run from 10am to 3pm and refreshments will be provided. The "Train the Trainer" day is free of charge.

If you would like more information, please contact Caroline by email or phone us on 020 7440 4200.
