The Provincial Grand Master of the Province of Northamptonshire and Huntingdonshire, Max Bayes, visited us this week and presented a cheque for £15,000 on behalf of the Province.
This donation brings the Province’s total to over £20,000, through donations from many Lodges and the Provincial Grand Charity, including money raised by six Northants Freemasons who took on the Silverstone half marathon in March.
Max told us "Many are aware of the excellent work that Lifelites carry out in bringing fun and help, through technology, to children, with life-limiting, life-threatening illnesses and disabling conditions in hospices across the country.
"I am most proud of the way this Province had adopted Lifelites as one of their main charity aims and am very hopeful that this will continue into the future."
Below, Bill Wright and Max Bayes are pictured presenting the Province's cheque to our chief exectuive Simone.
Can you help Lifelites make 2020 a really special year for children in hospices?
