Magical Game Time 2021 Challenge
This month we launched Game Time 2021, a brand new and exciting fundraising challenge for our avid gamer and tech savvy fans. From the 3rd to 5th of September, we're encouraging supporters across the British Isle to take on a gaming challenge to raise vital funds, so life-limited and disabled children can access life-changing technology.
Sounds like fun, doesn't it? If you'd like to take part, set yourself a challenge, join our JustGiving team here and spread the word.
Not much of a gamer? No problem, we've got a number of magical gamers signed up, who'd love for you to join their Twitch live stream in return for a donation. You can also join us on Discord, where the Lifelites community will be hanging out over the weekend. You can find more information and tips on how to live stream here.
Magical Tech4Good Awards
We were delighted to be invited to speak at the Tech4Good awards ceremony 2021. We're very proud to have won their first ever award 10 years ago, so we were thrilled that our CEO Simone Enefer-Doy was given the opportunity to speak about the magical journey Lifelites has travelled since then. It was particularly fitting, given the speed at which technology has evolved over the last decade and the incredible impact it's had on life-limited and disabled children's lives.
We're so glad the Tech4Good awards exist, as it's the only awards dedicated to charities, businesses and volunteers who harness the power of technology to benefit the community, you can read more about their work here. A big thank you to the Tech4Good team for a fantastic evening!
This month we're asking our magical supporters to take a few minutes out of their day to share their views via quick and simple survey. We're really keen to understand views on Lifelites and the work that we do, as it helps to inform the way we work. We're always looking to improve and really appreciate the feedback, if you'd like to take part please click here.
