Team Lifelites were at it again over the bank holiday weekend, running in the country's most popular 10k race and raising thousands of pounds for Lifelites in the process.
One of our runners, Ray Collings, told us: "I chose Lifelites because of the work they do for children with life limiting conditions and severe disabilities. I'd like to think they'll soon have the funds to install the Eyegaze equipment for children in every hospice.
"It's a charity I wholeheartedly support and will continue to do anything I can to raise their profile and help them continue to make a difference."
Deri Jones, who organises the Lifelites Running Club, said: "Every year our supporters have a great time fundraising and running through the capital. It's a great way to make a difference because there's such a tremendous atmosphere all along the route.
"I'd like to thank our great group of runners this year, including our friends Surevine, who have who have been fantastic corporate partners for a number of years."
