Equipement being donated to Charlton Farm in February 2021.
As part of the new package provided to Charlton Farm's Hospice, Lifelites has donated a special portable bundle of technology for Charlton Farm’s Hospice at Home team, to assist in giving care to children out in the community. This special bundle, known as the Tech Trunk, can travel wherever the children are, whether that’s in their own home or in hospital. It includes accessible gaming equipment such as the PlayStation and Xbox with accessible controllers, so every child can play with their friends, brothers, and sisters.
Following our latest donation of assistive technology in 2021, we aim to continue to providing ongoing training and technical support; making sure our equipment is well used and in good working order for the children at Charlton Farm and cannot do this without your help.
Hospice staff at Charlton Farm told us why they were so happy to have a new package of Lifelites technolog:
"I would like to say a massive thank you on behalf of Charlton Farm and from the children and families. As an organisation we feel extremely honoured and grateful to have Lifelites support us. We could not facilitate these exciting, stimulating or educational activities to our children without the generous donation from you. The inclusive equipment and technology injects fun, magic and light into our children and we cannot wait to potentially use this new equipment to create more valuable, meaningful and precious memories."

Can you help Lifelites make 2020 a really special year for children in hospices?
