Amelia having fun on the magic carpet at Hope House.
Hope House is based in Shropshire and has been working with Lifelites since 2000. We are hoping to visit them once again in 2022 with a brand-new package.
Alan, who works in the care team at Hope House, explained how important these opportunities are to the development and well-being of children in hospices: “There’s one child who had very limited movement in his hands but, with the Lifelites equipment, he could use his feet on two touch pads on the floor to create a picture on the screen.
“He could see what he was doing and he was laughing and giggling because he could do something himself. I could tell by his eyes that he was proud and chuffed to bits. At times like this you realise how good the equipment is.”
There is also a Lifelites project at their sisiter hospice in Tŷ Gobaith in Conwy.

Would you like to give kids with limited life unlimited possibilities?
We have plenty of opportunities for how you can get involved and help us raise funds so we can continue donating life-changing technology to children with disabilities and life-limited conditions. Have a look!
There are a number of challenge events held across the country which you can apply too to raise money for Lifelites. Please see below to a list of some of the most popular.
We need your help to provide 13 children's hospices across the British Isles with new projects in 2020/21.
