We last installed a package at Acorns in Birmingham in 2017 but we're still working closely with our friends in Britain's second city and continue to provide ongoing technical support and training.
Chris Reed, who is head of care at the hospice told us that our new iPads are the difference between some of the profoundly disabled children he works with interacting with the world around them and not having an opportunity to participate.
He told us: "Lifelites' specially adapted iPads mean children who are uncomfortable with sitting at a computer can use these tablets for communication, play and development. The apps and interface are really simple and child friendly."
We've been donating technology to the children at this Acorns site in Worcester since 2005, and visited them with a new magical technology package in 2019.
This hospice received our new package in 2017. We have been back a few times since then and we need your support to continue to provide technical support and training for their staff. Please help us continue our work by donating to Lifelites.
