Children playing on the Magic Carpet
We have supported children and staff at this Lincolnshire based children's hospice since 2000, and will deliver our sixth package of magical technology this year.
The staff at Andy’s aims to “make each day count” and enable every child to live life to the fullest, creating lasting memories and leaving their mark on the world. Lifelites supports their efforts through the donation of inclusive and assistive technology.
Here's what staff and parents have said about our services on past visits:
"I don't think there's any child that won't be able to benefit from some aspect of all of this technology. It's incredible, thank you."
"My son Bobby doesn't react very well to television and loud noises, so I was worried how he would react to this equipment, but he loves it! It's really heart-warming for me to see him so happy"
"This equipment will open up a whole new world for these children, with new toys to interact with, and new ways to make choices."
We will donate a package of life-changing technology but still need to raise funds for the vital ongoing training and technical support we provide so that the children can continue to make the most of every moment.
Can you support this project? You can join our fundraising activities, donate online, or get in touch with us for our bank details and any questions you have.
Please note: this hospice was previously known as St Andrew's.
Can you help Lifelites make 2020 a really special year for children in hospices?
