Meet Caroline and Katherine, our training team......
Caroline Powell, Lifelites Training Manager, drives the Lifelites' training strategy to ensure all of the donated equipment is utilised to its full potential by hospice staff.
Her role is integral to the deployment of our new equipment installed in children's hospices, making sure staff are trained in how to get the most out it with the children that they work with.
A note from Caroline: "It is so important that hospice staff are confident and comfortable in using the magical technologies that we provide and I look forward to training and supporting hospice staff at the upcoming new installations this year, as well as at refresher and supplementary training events.”
Caroline is joined this year by Katherine Bentley, our new Trainer, based in the East Midlands. Katherine comes from a background in Neurophysiology and brings with her a wealth of clinical and training experience.
Katherine will be working with our Training Manager Caroline to increase Lifelites’ training capacity and deliver training to hospice staff on our new equipment packages as well as providing ongoing training support.
