Information for funeral directors

Lifelites is grateful to any funeral directors who forward donations on to us  and we have set up this page to give you information and materials to make this easier.

Many families choose to celebrate the life of a loved one by giving a Gift in Memory donation to Lifelites. Often these donations are collected at the funeral service.

To make this process as easy as possible we can provide you with a number of materials free of charge.

• Donation envelopes including Gift Aid forms. By receiving these we are able to claim 28 pence from the Inland Revenue for every pound donated.
• General leaflets about the work of Lifelites
• Sheets of address labels for this office.

Lifelites relies on donations from members of the public to continue to provide our services to children in hospices. With the support of funeral directors, the charity will be able to continue to provide our services for terminally ill children in hospices long into the future.
